      Wyoming Registered Agent

      Appoint a WY RA with a real street address for service of process.

      Wyoming Virtual Business Address

      Create a WY mailing address with mail scanning/forwarding rules with a virtual office for $19/month plus a voip line with a local Wyoming number that you set to forward or use freely.

      File Wyoming LLC (Holding Company)

      File Articles of Organization for the holding company. Keep the timestamped PDF.

    5. 5

      South Carolina Registered Agent

      Appoint an SC RA with a physical street address (no PO boxes).

      File South Carolina LLC (Operating Co.)

      If using WY→SC, set the member as your WY LLC. Save stamped Articles.

    7. 7

      Get EIN(s) from IRS

      One EIN for SC-only; for WY→SC you may obtain 1–2 (HoldCo + OpCo) as needed.

      Open Bank Account(s)

      Bring Articles, EIN letter, Operating Agreement, and banking resolution.

      SC DOR (MyDORWAY) & Retail License

      Register for sales/use tax & retail license; add withholding if hiring.

    10. 10

      Local City/County Business License

      Check your city/county for licensing requirements and fees.

      Business Phone, Domain & Email

      Set call-forwarding phone; secure your domain; create role emails (hello@, billing@).

      Owner’s Binder & Compliance Calendar

      Save Articles, EIN, OA, resolutions, licenses; set annual renewals and tax due dates.

      Expansion Playbook (Next State)

      Pre-plan RA/address short-list, filing steps, and tax accounts for NC/GA/FL.
