We always scan official/legal mail. For general business mail, add the Mail Scanning & Forwarding add-on (Basic/Plus/Unlimited).
How do postage costs work if I want physical forwarding?
Physical forwarding is billed at postage + a small handling fee. You can also select a postage credit deposit inside the add-on to prepay some or all of it.
When do renewals happen?
RA renews annually at your state’s rate. You can cancel anytime before renewal.
